Giacomo is a seasoned litigator with over ten years of experience representing individuals, businesses, public institutions, and organizations in complex legal matters across Canada, in English and in French.
Before joining Lundy Levy & Eski Barristers LLP as a Senior Associate, Giacomo spent nearly seven years with Power Law, a leading bilingual Canadian litigation and public law boutique. During that time, he represented clients before trial and appellate courts, in civil, commercial and public law matters. In particular, he represented clients in several complex constitutional cases across the country.
Earlier in his career, he practiced with a boutique firm specializing in civil and commercial litigation, and class actions.
