Timothy is an associate at Lundy Levy Eski Baum, where he maintains a broad civil litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Timothy has experience in both prosecuting and defending claims, including commercial disputes, construction, professional negligence, contempt proceedings and class actions. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario, Small Claims Court, and the Federal Court of Canada. Prior to joining Lundy Levy Eski Baum, Timothy articled and practiced at a national full-service Bay Street firm and a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. Timothy’s writing has been published in the Canadian Class Action Review and The Advocates’ Quarterly, and he co-authored the 2023 Chamber’s Practice Guide to Antitrust Litigation in Canada.

Timothy completed his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations and Peace, Conflict and Justice Studies at the University of Toronto, where he was the recipient of a number of awards and scholarships.

During his time at law school, Timothy served as a Dean’s Fellow for the first-year Contracts Law course at Osgoode and volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario’s Legal Help Centre. In his second year, Timothy enrolled in the International and Transnational Legal Intensive Program at Osgoode and completed a 3-month placement with the Trade Law Bureau at Global Affairs Canada.
