Tiyam is an associate at Lundy Levy Eski Baum, where she is developing a growing litigation practice with a focus on professional negligence and commercial disputes.

As a critical thinker fluent in multiple languages and passionate about client care, Tiyam approaches every file with a service-first mindset and a commitment to proactive and strategic advocacy.

Tiyam has experience in both initiating and defending claims involving civil and commercial disputes, professional negligence, construction and real property, and administrative law. She has appeared before various levels of Ontario courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and numerous administrative tribunals such as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Financial Services Tribunal. Whether in court or during negotiations, Tiyam is a tenacious advocate who diligently pursues her clients’ goals and desired outcomes.

Tiyam earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she completed a full-time placement at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre. She assisted applicants at various stages of their claims with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and successfully resolved disputes through mediation. Additionally, she participated in multiple advocacy competitions and was a semi-finalist in the Dentons Cup. Outside of law school, Tiyam served as the National Vice-President of the First Generation Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing barriers for first-generation law students in Canada.

Before pursuing law, Tiyam completed a double major undergraduate degree in Equity Studies and Spanish at the University of Toronto. She is fluent in English, French, Farsi/Persian, and Spanish.
