Evan Rankin regularly acts for lawyers, directors, officers, and their companies in professional liability claims, shareholder disputes, and contract claims. He also has experience litigating real estate matters.

As an experienced freedom of expression advocate, Evan has worked on human rights claims in both domestic and international forums.
Evan has been involved in, and led, a number of important appeals in Ontario. As an experienced appellate advocate, Evan has the strategic foresight necessary to litigate claims through to appeal.
