Erin is a Partner at Lundy Levy & Eski Barristers LLP, where she advises and represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, corporate disputes, fraud, injunctions, securities litigation, appeals, administrative law, defamation and estate litigation.
Prior to private practice, Erin served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the judges of the Divisional Court, assisting with appeals and judicial reviews.
Known for her thoughtful and strategic advocacy, Erin has successfully represented clients in high stakes corporate, commercial, and estates disputes. She is particularly skilled at analyzing complex legal and factual issues and developing practical solutions that advance her clients' objectives.
In addition to her litigation practice, Erin is a respected leader in the legal community. She has served as Chair of The Advocates' Society's Young Advocates' Standing Committee, contributed to access to justice initiatives, and is a frequent speaker and award-winning legal writer.
