Emily is an associate at Lundy Levy Eski Baum, where she maintains a broad civil litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Emily has assisted with prosecuting and defending claims in Small Claims, Superior, and Federal Court. Emily has been published in The Advocates’ Journal and was a summer clerk at the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket. She summered and articled at an international full-service firm and gained additional experience at an intellectual property litigation boutique.

Emily has an active pro bono practice and volunteers regularly at both the Pro Bono Ontario hotline and at the 519 Legal Clinic.

Emily obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was the recipient of the Cassels Brock & Blackwell Prize for Professionalism, the F.W. Minkler Prize, and a graduating student honour award. She was the Dean’s Fellow for her first-year contracts course, and the Editor in Chief for Obiter Dicta, Osgoode’s student newspaper. She was an active mooter, and was selected to represent Osgoode at the Cassels Brock LLP Cup and at the Harold G. Fox IP Moot. Prior to law school, she obtained her BSc. Hons. in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University.  

In her spare time, Emily enjoys indoor cycling, playing and watching hockey, and sharing most of her meals with her border collie mix, Oscar.
