For over 30 years, Andrew has represented architects, engineers, builders and dentists with a special concentration on architects and dentists in professional liability litigation. Andrew is regularly invited to present on matters of importance to the construction industry.
He has appeared before all courts in the Province of Ontario, both trial and appellate, as well as various administrative tribunals. He has sat as counsel at the Discipline Committee for the Ontario Association of Architects and the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists.
For over two decades, Andrew has provided coverage opinions to insurance companies. His coverage practice includes policy interpretation and investigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Andrew has experience in sports arbitrations and has represented the National Hockey League Players’ Association at salary arbitration hearings over the past 24 years.
