An experienced civil litigator, Zohar Levy employs a deliberate, measured approach to a broad range of commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution matters, and class actions for a diverse array of clients. Financial institutions, multinational corporations and regulated professionals alike rely on Zohar’s advice, knowledge, and advocacy at all levels of court.

Zohar has particularly extensive experience with disputes in the health, technology, and intellectual property domains, and enjoys applying her considerable problem solving skills to disputes between shareholders, founders and executives. She has appeared before all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada and Ontario Court of Appeal.

Pro bono and volunteer work are central to Zohar’s community involvement initiatives. She actively represents advocacy organizations including the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, is a member of the Board of Directors of MAiDHouse, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association Civil Litigation Executive and the Advocates’ Society Commercial Litigation Practice Group Committee.
