Timothy has experience prosecuting and defending claims before all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, construction litigation, professional negligence, and general advisory work for corporate, insurance, and architectural clients.
Before joining Lundy Levy Eski Baum, Timothy completed his articles and practiced at both a national full-service firm and a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. His writing has appeared in the Canadian Class Action Review and The Advocates’ Quarterly, and he co-authored the 2023 Chambers Practice Guide to Antitrust Litigation in Canada. Timothy is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and volunteers on its mentorship subcommittee.
Timothy earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he served as a Dean’s Fellow for the First-Year Contracts Course, volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario’s Legal Help Centre, and participated in the International and Transnational Legal Intensive Program, completing a three-month placement with the Trade Law Bureau at Global Affairs Canada. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, majoring in International Relations and Peace, Conflict & Justice Studies, and was recognized with several awards and scholarships for academic excellence.
